Description Long
The participants sit in a circle. All persons draw their idea on a given topic on an A3 sheet. Then the sheet is passed to the left and completed. The last person to receive the drawing interprets the drawing. The team members complete the interpretation with their actual ideas. Afterwards a creative concept is sketched. (Post-it, drawings, labels, cut-out elements) The concept is presented in plenary.

Preparation
Provide A3 sheets, pencils, scissors, colored paper, glue stick and Post-it.
Execution
Form groups of 3 to 4. Everyone receives an A3 sheet. People have 1.5 min to draw their own ideas of the village on the sheet. When the time is up, the sheet is passed on. The sheet is passed three times. After the third round, the person interprets the drawing. Total time: 25 minutes
In groups of 2 or 3, design a concept for your own village. The concept is given a name. (craft, cut, glue) Present concept in plenary. Total time: 30-40 minutes
Hints from experience
Not all participants like to draw. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that accuracy or beauty is not important.
