Description Long

The method originates from the therapeutic field, where the aim is to demand exactly the opposite of what one wants to achieve.

The aim is to gain a better understanding of the issue by experiencing the perspectives of other individuals. Through exaggeration or respectively, reversal, the participant becomes aware of something and puts relationships into perspective. Much can be learned about one's own actions from the perspective of the opposite side.
