Description Long

Preparation

Define criteria and indicators, and orient yourself according to the evaluation grid template.

Execution

It is recommended that you adhere to the following sequence during evaluation.

  1. The creative group reflects on what went well and what could be improved.
  2. Colleagues or audience provide constructive feedback, based on criteria and indicators.
  3. Project supporters provide constructive feedback and a basic assessment.
  4. Project supporters provide an unbiased project evaluation and award points and a score.

Hints from experience

Provide objectively measurable criteria and unambiguous indicators that permit the creative team to control project quality. These markers also help the colleagues and the audience to evaluate and award points better, and to provide comprehensible feedback.

For the evaluation and the score, sit down with a colleague, and use the four-eyes principle.
